God's Covenant With Noah
God told Noah to build an ark and gather his family and the animals:
“I will establish my covenant with you. You shall come into the ship, you, your sons, your wife, and your sons' wives with you.” (Genesis 6:18, WEB)
God Remembered Noah
After the flood, God was faithful to His promise:
“God remembered Noah, all the animals, and all the livestock that were with him in the ship.” (Genesis 8:1, WEB)
God didn't forget him, and He never forgets us.
The Promise in the Rainbow
Then came the everlasting promise:
“I set my rainbow in the cloud, and it will be a sign of a covenant between me and the earth.” (Genesis 9:13, WEB)
“I will look at it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant.” (Genesis 9:16, WEB)
